29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a) At jobsite, on or about May 24, 2018, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to 30 feet during the installation of plywood decking on the roof level of the motel that was under construction.
