A worker was observed using this ladder.  Injuries associated with falls of approximately 30 feet are, but are not limited to; head injuries; leg and ankle fractures, muscle and ligament damage, lacerations, and full body contusions. The most serious injury as a result of a fall from an elevation of 30 feet is permanent disability or death.
