29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. a) 11823 Lenape Drive - An employee was hospitalized due to his left middle finger being diagonally sliced across the finger nail and was reported to OSHA 2 days after the incident. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
