29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:    a- 1601 Long Beach Boulevard, Beach Haven NJ: Company worksite workers, not using eye and face protection, were exposed to struck by injuries when using pneumatic nailers, electric circular saws, etc. to perform sheathing installation and other related activities at the worksite.  Condition observed on or about 05/31/18.     NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Condition observed on or about 05/31/18. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:    a- 1601 Long Beach Boulevard, Beach Haven NJ: A company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and working from the exterior surface of pitched roof trusses and exterior wall top plates of a residential structure without the use of any fall protection. Condition observed on or about 05/31/18.     Seashore Framing, LLC. dba Seashore Construction was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1166164, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/05/17, with respect to a workplace located at Harbortown Boulevard - Bldg 43, Perth Amboy NJ.    Seashore Framing, LLC. dba Seashore Construction was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1004522, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/07/15, with respect to a workplace located at the Corner of 26th Street & Central Avenue, Shipbottom NJ.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
