29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about May 24, 2018, and at times prior, Arvada Roofing and Weatherproofing, Inc. as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Eduardo Sanchez, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
