The Village at Ivey Creek Subdivision, Lot 153, 2438 Ivy Meadow Lane, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - An employee were exposed to struck-by hazard. An employee was in the process of cutting siding board materials for siding insulation, using a portable hand-held circular saw, without the use of eye protection, on or about 06/06/18.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level: a. The Village at Ivey Creek Subdivision, Lot 153, 2438 Ivy Meadow Lane, Buford, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were in the process of installing siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed two-story home while working at the edge off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 13 feet above ground level, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 06/06/18.
