Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a) On or about 06/05/2018 - 606 2nd Avenue NE, Jacksonville, AL, employees installing sheets of metal roofing on a low sloped roof, exposed to within 6 feet of the edge, at approximately 10-feet above the ground were unprotected from falls.
