29 CFR 1910.28(b)(7): 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(7): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface near an opening 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling:      The employer did not ensure that each employee working on the monorail platform was not protected from falling from the open ends used for accessing the platform by ladder, which were more than 4 feet (1.2 m) above the greenhouse floor.    Fitchburg Farms LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.23 (c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088803, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as final order on February 29, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1839 County Road MM in Fitchburg, WI.
