29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  On or about May 16, 2018, employees performing roofing activities were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a 6 in 12 pitch residential structure without a means of fall protection.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards from varied heights between 12-18 feet.   Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
