Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

On or about June 8, 2018 and June 13, 2018, the employer did not maintain OSHA 300s (OSHA Logs) and OSHA 300A's (Summaries) of all work-related injury and illnesses for the calendar years of 2018; including two recordable injuries occurring on June 1, 2018 and June 6, 2018 respectively. Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
