29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: On or about May 30, 2018 and times prior thereto, the employer did not instruct each employee involved in demolition activities on the 7th floor of the First National Building in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions. Employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.
