29 CFR 1926.304(f): Woodworking tools and machinery did not meet the applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery in that circular hand-fed rip saws were not equipped with spreaders to prevent material from being thrown back on the operator, non-kickback fingers or dogs were not located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saws to pick up the material, and automatically adjusting hood guards were not mounted which completely enclosed that portion of the blade above the table or material being cut: Basement - The Rigid table saw was not equipped with a hood guard, spreader, and non-kickback fingers or dogs.
