29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 6/8/2018, the employer failed to provide a quick drenching or flushing eyewash for employees who perform transfer of corrosive chemicals from tanker trucks to bulk storage tanks. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.22(d)(2): Hazardous conditions on walking-working surfaces were not corrected or repaired before an employee uses the walking-working surface again. If the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard must be guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired. On or about 6/8/18, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from hazardous walking-working surface conditions at the concrete dock area. Employees were exposed to a tripping hazard created by an uncovered drainage opening. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
