Such activities shall be performed ONLY by experienced and trained employees selected for such work by the competent person: Fort Bragg, SOF Training Command Bldg. 1st Floor 'C' area: On or about 06/05/2018, where an employee was injured after falling off of a 10-foot Baker's scaffold, the employer did not ensure that a competent person inspected the scaffold and trained employees on the specific scaffolding hazards associated with using this type of equipment. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTED REQUIRED

ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
