29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) On or about June 7, 2018 the employer did not ensure that the written hazard communication program included a list of the hazards chemicals known to be present. The employer's inventory list was inadequate in that it was missing hazards chemicals, such as welding wire from manufacture Hobart, being utilized by employees conducting welding operations. Exposure to welding fumes such as but not limited to: iron oxide, manganese fumes, and copper fumes can cause adverse health effects such as metal fume fever.
