29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): Fort Bragg, SOF Training Command Bldg. 1st Floor 'C' area: On or about 06/04/2018, the employer did not ensure that safety and health hazards were being identified and corrected in a timely manner. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1106540, Citation 02, Item 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Eagle Talon Road, SOF Battalion Ops Complex, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.

29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(iii): Ties, guys, braces, or outriggers were not installed to prevent the tipping of supported scaffolds in all circumstances where an eccentric load, such as a cantilevered work platform, was applied or was transmitted to the scaffold: Fort Bragg, SOF Training Command Bldg. 1st Floor 'C' area: On or about 06/04/2018, the employer did not ensure that the a 12' foot Baker's scaffold being used to fire tape drywall was braced or used with outriggers to prevent tipping. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The employer was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(c)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1106540, Citation 01, Item 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at Eagle Talon Road, SOF Battalion Ops Complex, Fort Bragg, NC 28310.
