29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): The employer did not ensure that employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used, and at least annually thereafter.    On or about June 6, 2018 the employer did not provide fit testing annually for employees working in the penthouse department. They wear respirators including a half face cartridge respirator manufactured by 3M with a N100 particulate respirator to mix the buckets of calcium hydroxide (lime) required for the corn cooking process. Employees exposed to an inhalation hazard.   The El Milagro of Texas, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019734 citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 400 Barnes Drive, San Marcos TX, 78666.
