29 CFR 1926.501(b)(9)(i): Each employee performing overhand bricklaying and related work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a controlled access zone: a) Haywood Ln., South wall - On or about June 11, 2018 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to falls of 7' while installing a concrete block wall with no fall protection in place.
