29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: (a) Location - 532 Lowell Street, Lexington, MA: On or about 6/11/2018, employees working from a carpenters' bracket scaffold greater than 10' above the ground were not protected from falling. Jovane Mourao dba JM Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059521, citation number 2, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 520 South Street, Bow, NH 03304.

Jovane Mourao dba JM Carpentry was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1059521, citation number 2, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on March 6, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 520 South Street, Bow, NH 03304.
