29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system:  a) On or about June 6, 2018: An employee was observed installing the soffit from a ladder jack scaffold at a height of 13-feet 6-inches from next lower level, the employee was not protected by a personal fall arrest system. Employee was exposed to a fall hazard.
