29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:     a.  On or about June 12th, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a 15-foot fall hazard while working from an aerial lift without tying off their fall protection. The employees were in the process of riveting panels on to framing of a commercial structure.
