29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about June 11, 2018, three masons were performing brick-laying operations on the front of a residential home under construction while working from two tiers of scaffolding that was erected 14 feet high. The scaffolding had deficiencies and the employer was not performing safety inspections at the work site, exposing the employees to fall hazards.
