29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)  SNR Enterprises LLC. DBA Terrigno's Bakery - Donut room production area: The Hobart mixer model # V1401, S/N 1710569 has a missing guard to enclose the mixing component while it is in operation, observed on or about 06/07/2018.    b)  SNR Enterprises LLC. DBA Terrigno's Bakery - Kaiser room production area: The Winkler Kaiser roll machine  was not properly guarded at the dough press points of operation while employees place dough product manually, occurred on or about 06/07/2018.

DBA Terrigno's Bakery - Kaiser roll production area:  The Winkler machine (Kaiser roll maker) had an unguarded pulley located approximately one feet from the floor, observed on or about 06/07/2018.
