29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  a) Worksite, Bath Storage Area: Electrical panels for loading dock, lighting, and compactor were blocked by loaded "4 high" carts; on or about 6/11/18.  b) Worksite, Shoe Stock Room Area: Electrical panels for floor lights were blocked by loaded "4 high" carts; on or about 6/11/18.   Note:   Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:  a) Shoe Stockroom Area: Exit access from the shoe stockroom area exit door was limited to approximately 13" to 24" due to the placement of loaded "4 high" carts, shoeboxes, and shoes directly in front of the door; on or about 6/11/18.  b) Vendor Stock Area: Exit access from the vendor stock area was limited to approximately 25" due to the placement of a Werner ladder and loaded pallet; on or about 6/11/18.  c) Westbound Fire Hall: Exit access from the westbound fire hall was limited to approximately 17" due to the placement of a cart and barbecue grill and approximately 5.5" due to the placement of a cart and box; on or about 6/11/18.  d) Bath Storage Area: Exit access from the bath storage area was limited to approximately 12" due to the storage of "4 high" carts and approximately 18" due to the placement of a ladder; on or about 6/11/18.  e) Housewares Back Stockroom Area: Exit access from the housewares back stockroom was limited to approximately 9" and 14" due to the aisle storage of toys and art supplies; on or about 6/11/18.  f) Domestics/Secondary Back Stockroom Area: Exit access from the domestics/secondary back stockroom were limited to approximately 11" due to the placement of loaded "4 high" carts; on or about 6/11/18.   g) Toy Aisle: Exit access from the toy aisle was limited to approximately 7" and 16" due to the storage of "4 high" carts and a powered industrial truck; on or about 6/11/18.  h) Seasonal Aisle: Exit access from the seasonal aisle was limited to approximately 12" and 18" due to the storage of seasonal products; on or about 6/11/18.  i) Computer Area: Exit access from the employee-used computer area was limited from approximately 14" to 19" due to the storage of boxes and loaded "4 high" carts; on or about 6/11/18.  j) Bath Storage Area: Exit access was limited due to the distance between storage racks. Exit access was limited to approximately 25"; on or about 6/11/18.  k) Shoe Stock Room Area: Exit access was limited due to the distance between storage racks. Exit access was limited to approximately 22.5"; on or about 6/11/18.  l) Kayak Storage Area: Exit access was limited due to the distance between storage racks.
