29 CFR 1926.502(e)(1): Positioning device systems were not rigged such that an employee could not free fall more than 2 feet (0.9 m): On June 13, 2018, while two employees were roofing, their personal fall protection rope lifelines were not maintained correctly in that the lengths were too long, which could allow employees to strike the ground if they fell from the roof.
