29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Northeast door in warehouse leading to exterior of building: On or about June 13, 2018, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by rolls of carpet. b) Southeast door in warehouse leading to exterior of building: On or about June 13, 2018, employees were exposed to fire hazards due to the exit door/route being blocked by a metal bar placed across the opening of the door.
