29 CFR 1910.178(m)(5)(iii): When the operator of an industrial truck is dismounted and within 25 ft. of the truck still in his view, the load engaging means shall be fully lowered, controls neutralized, and the brakes set to prevent movement: (a) On or about June 11, 2018 an employee dismounted from a Clark Propane Forklift, Model CGP 50 LPG, S/N C6P460L-0265-9450, without first lowering the forks and neutralizing the brakes, thereby becoming exposed to a suspended load in the form of a Hyster Forklift.
