29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: (a) On or about 06/13/2018 - Meat and Produce Department, damaged freezer door seal was allowing some water to seep inside the freezer causing ice buildup on the floor entrance area. Walmart Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1228790, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/29/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 1011 US Highway 72 East, Athens, Alabama.
