29 CFR 1910.101(b): The inplant handling, storage, and unitization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1963-1965 paragraphs 3.3.8 and 3.3.10. On or about June 13, 2018, compressed gases in cylinders were not properly stored exposing employees to explosion hazards.
