29 CFR 1917.152(c)(2): All necessary precautions were not taken to confine heat, sparks and slag so that they could not contact flammable or combustible material when hot work had to be performed in a location not free of fire hazards: Warehouse: On or about June 12, 2018 and at times prior thereto, hot work was allowed to occur in areas where sparks and open flame were allowed to contact combustible material. This condition exposed employees to fire and smoke inhalation injuries.
