29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition: a. 1700 Old Covington Highway, Conyers, GA (Plant 2 Bromine Dust Collector) - Employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazard. The guarded 28ft. walking working platform which the maintenance employees gain entrance upon to change out the socks on the bromine dust collector were stored with boxes and blow down pipes stacked on top of the narrow walkway, creating a fall hazard, on or about 06/08/17.
