29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(i): Materials being hoisted shall be rigged to prevent unintentional displacement; (a) Site: On or about June 6, 2018 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards from a 30 foot long, 3700 lb. steel beam that was not rigged to prevent unintentional displacement, in that the employer installed one unmarked splatter C-clamp on only one side of a jet 3-ton beam clamp to act as a stop.
