29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Lot 66 on the corner of Andrea and Drake, Missoula, MT 59808: On or about June 12, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet 5 inches to the ground below while working on a flat floor without fall protection. b. Lot 66 on the corner of Andrea and Drake, Missoula, MT 59808: On or about June 12, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 9 feet 6 inches to the concrete floor below while working around an open floor hole without fall protection. Spartan Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection #1077925, Citation #1, Item #2 issued on July, 16, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5150 Jeff Drive, Missoula, Montana 59808 which became final order on July 28, 2015.
