29 CFR 1904.35(b)(1)(iv): The employer discriminated against employees for reporting work-related injuries or illnesses: a)United States Postal Service at 4801 North 4th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about February 2, 2018, the United States Postal Service issued an employee who reported striking his knee while climbing into a forklift which resulted in a torn tendon a Letter of Warning for not working safely. b)United States Postal Service at 4801 North 4th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about March 3, 2018, the United States Postal Service issued an employee who reported injuring her left ankle a 7-day no time off suspension, for "failure to perform duties safely". c)United States Postal Service at 4801 North 4th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about May 22, 2018, the United States Postal Service issued an employee who injured his shoulder a Letter of Warning related to late reporting of the injury. The employee had informed the employer regarding this injury on the day of the injury.
