Employees were exposed to fire hazards in that it would be more difficult to egress the PCP trailer in a case of a fire and limited visibility inside the PCP trailer.

The electrical panel powered lights and heaters inside the PCP trailer, and was obstructed by a conveyor in front of it. Employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards in that it would be more difficult to shut off electrical power to the lights or the heaters inside the PCP trailer in a case of a fire.
