29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 32975 Lighthouse Road, Selbyville, DE - Fisher's Popcorn Warehouse - On or about June 15, 2018, the employer failed to ensure roofing employees working 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected from falls. An employee fell approximately 20 feet to the asphalt/stone grade below resulting in a hospitalization with multiple fractures.
