Riverview, (FL), an employee was framing plywood while standing on the top of an exterior concrete wall without fall protection system, and exposed to a 9.6 foot fall hazard. b) On or about June 18, 2018 at the job-site located at 13914 Roseate Tern Ln. Riverview, (FL), an employee was bracing trusses at the front of the residence without fall protection system, and exposed to a 9.8 foot fall hazard.
