29 CFR 1926.651(j)(2): Protection was not provided by placing and keeping excavated or other materials or equipment at least 2 feet (.61m) from the edge of excavations; Intersection of Taunton & Park Roads : On or about 06/12/2018 a Coastline Construction LLC employee was working in an under 4 foot deep trench excavation. Employee was exposed to potential struck-by injuries due to the excavated material being stored directly at the edge of the excavation.
