29 CFR 1910.269(d)(2)(v)(A): The employer did not complete periodic inspections, at least annually, by authorized employees who were not using the energy control procedures being inspected: a) Rocky Mountain Power DBA Heorot Power Management: On June 18, 2018, and at times prior, employees were exposed to the release of stored energies while performing maintenance on equipment, such as, but not limited to, 4,160 volt Motor Control Centers (MCCs). The employer failed to conduct annual audits to identify inconsistencies and deficiencies as well as the methods to control them.
