29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) Job site, 4750 Clairton Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about June 26, 2018, during construction activities, the employer did not ensure that an effective system was implemented at the job site to detect and abate safety and health hazards. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, electrical hazards, fall protection concerns, loose stair railings and persons being under loads handled by a crane.
