On June 15, 2018, at the Syncreon Facility located at 10707 Airworld Dr., Kansas City, MO., an employee received a serious struck by crushing injury to his foot, as a result of a collision with another stationary Powered Industrial Truck. The operator was not able to reduce his approach speed in time to stop and as a result he struck and crushed his foot between the two units.
