(c) Gluing Operation - The employer did not develop or implement an effective hearing conservation program for the employees working on the gluing machines who were exposed to an Eight Hour Time Weighted Average (TWA8) of 88.8 decibels in the A Weighted Scale for the 489 minutes sampled on or about June 27, 2018.  (d) Molding Operation - The employer did not develop or implement an effective hearing conservation program for the employees working on the molding machine who were exposed to an Eight Hour Time Weighted Average (TWA8) of 88.6 decibels in the A Weighted Scale for the 484 minutes sampled on June 27, 2018.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
