On or about June 3, 2018 at a job site located at 2751 NE Douglas Street in Lees Summit, MO- an employee was exposed to serious injuries, in that the unprotected sides and edges of the elevated work area was not provided with guardrails or any other means of fall protection. The employee fell approximately 20 feet to the concrete surface below.
