Jobsite:  The employee extending the eves of the existing roof line was not protected from fall hazards by the use of appropriate fall protection systems/devices.      On 13 June 2018, the employee fell approximately 15 feet to the ground while performing the above task. The employee was found unconscious and transported to a local hospital.
