29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.    a- 10 Island View Way, Sea Bright NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, while installing siding and performing other related activities from two separate pump jack scaffolds that were both missing end stops and screens/mid-rails.  Conditions observed on or about 06/19/18.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
