On or about 6/19/18, at 4079 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY: For employees handling Betco when cleaning surfaces. Betco contains chemicals, such as, but not limited to, hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide. Betco is diluted by an automatic system prior to employees handling. The employer provides vinyl gloves to handle the chemicals; employees use the gloves on a voluntary basis.
