29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) 2048 Airport Rd: On June 20, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while sheathing a roof with a pitch of 6:12.
