29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: At the location of 16104 Melrose St. in Overland Park KS, employees engaged in framing a 2 story house were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that fall protection was not utilized to keep them from falling.
