(a) Pond Electrical Distribution Cabinets - On or about June 20, 2018 employees were exposed to open 480 volt electrical panels. - Fuses were replaced by unqualified employees - Qualified employee check fuses with meter without proper PPE - Qualified employee not protected with electrical PPE

29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6)(v): 29 CFR 1928.57 (a)(6)(v): At the time of initial assignment and annually thereafter, the employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment with whick he is or will be involved, including locking out electrical power before performing maintenance on farmstead equipment: (a) Ponds - On or about June 20, 2018 employer does not have a lock out procedure for servicing and maintaining pumps and aerators that are powered by 480 volt electrical power.
