29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer shall certify that the periodic inspections have been performed. The certification shall identify the machine or equipment on which the energy control procedure was being utilized, the date of the inspection, the employees included in the inspection, and the person performing the inspection. a) At the facility: The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the Lockout/Tagout procedures have been performed within the last year, as observed on or about June 22, 2018. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION. Nicholas Meat, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1142288, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 508 East Valley road, Loganton, PA 17747.
